Lead AI Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the design and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Design and Oversee LLM Architecture: Develop a robust architecture for the LLM, aligning it with our business objectives.
  • Technical Roadmap: Define a comprehensive technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals.
  • Technology Selection: Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain LLM architecture and related documentation
  • Mentor and guide team members on AI-related tasks and projects
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure
  • Evaluate and implement new AI technologies to enhance LLM capabilities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI engineering and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and large-scale model deployment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and containerization
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
