About the Position: We are seeking an exceptional academic with a passion for teaching, research, and mentoring to join our Department of Computer Science & Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality education, conducting impactful research, and contributing to departmental/University committees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in CSE, utilizing innovative pedagogies to foster student engagement and learning.
  • Research: Conduct independent and collaborative research projects, publishing papers in reputable journals/conferences and attracting external funding to support academic initiatives.
  • Mentoring: Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations, providing guidance and support to ensure students' academic and professional growth.
  • Service: Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, engaging with departmental/University committees and professional activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (mandatory for Associate Professor/Professor positions).
  • First-class Master's degree in CSE or related specialization (mandatory for Assistant Professor).
  • Demonstrated teaching/research experience at a recognized institution.
  • Strong research record with publications in reputed journals/conferences (SCI/Scopus indexed preferred).
  • Ability to attract external funding and build collaborations with academia/industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
