We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data visualization solutions using Power BI.

About the Role

This role involves connecting to various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization, and developing data models and DAX measures to support analytical needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights, implement best practices in data visualization, governance, and security, perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Connect to multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Develop and manage complex data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Implement best practices in data visualization, governance, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in Power BI development, data visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL, data preparation, and data cleansing processes.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms is a plus.
