Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial analyst to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software.
  • Closely monitor financial transactions, prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure timely completion.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, including return filings.
  • Coordinate ROC/MCA filings, secretarial activities and other statutory compliances.
  • Analyze and prepare MIS reports, variance analysis and dashboards for clients.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Process payroll, scrutinize vendor/customer ledgers and manage invoices.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in financial modeling, strategic planning and investor reporting.
Required Skills:

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Maintained books of accounts using accounting software such as Tally
  • Experienced in preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Awareness of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances
  • ROC/MCA filing experience and secretarial coordination
  • Ability to analyze and prepare MIS reports and variance analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting process management
  • Payroll processing, vendor/customer ledger scrutiny and invoice management
  • Daily client communication
  • Financial modeling, strategic planning and investor reporting
