Job Title: Network Expansion Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage private ambulance operators in targeted cities to expand our ambulance network.
  • Provide training to ambulance owners and their staff on using our mobile app for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the call center for regular ambulance trips and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor payments from ambulance operators and users, and follow up on any outstanding amounts.
  • Support the call center in negotiating rates with ambulance operators for various types of trips or events.
  • Track the progress of critical trips, particularly outstation trips, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Interface with users, call center, and ambulance owner/staff to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and provide regular updates on activities.
