We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing online communities, with a strong focus on customer interaction and feedback.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing our community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Actively posting content and keeping groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engaging daily with followers: replying to DMs, comments, and sharing meaningful interactions.
  • Monitoring conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
  • Supporting email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities. If you have experience working with premium or luxury brands, that's a plus
