Job Title: Deputy General Manager

At DVS MECH Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring the effective implementation of our quality system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present to the Board Directors the competent Quality System documentation.
  • Appoint all remaining company functions.
  • Make known and support at all levels and for every function the Quality Policy, the goals to be achieved through the Quality Policy, and all necessary interventions to improve the Quality System.
  • Verify the correct application of the Quality System and the achievement of the Quality goals.
  • Approve the plan and agenda of the internal quality inspections and reassess the reports on verifications.
  • Define the training plans.
  • Establish the phenomena that need to be studied and about which statistical research should be carried out.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide to the Board Directors all the economic and commercial information.
  • Provide to the Board Directors the annual Production Report.
  • Present to the Board Directors the annual Account Statement.
  • Make known forward and apply the primary principles that distinguish PMP Group, which have been at the base of the fast growth and will be the guarantee for future growth.
  • Manage the relationships with employees in cooperation with the Human Resources Manager.
  • Supervise the definition of the registers and procedures pertaining to safety at work.
  • Keep the strategic management of the relations with banks and financial institutions for new investments in cooperation with the Accounting Manager.
  • Manage the relations with public entities.
  • Define the layouts of the company as well as the realization of new production establishments.
  • Define the need for new machinery and equipment and attend to their acquisition in cooperation with the Purchase Manager.
  • Supervise the introduction and development of the company's IT system.
  • Supervise the commercial activities with the analysis of market tendencies and requests.
  • Supervise the activities of evaluation, selection, and management of suppliers.
  • Supervise the purchasing activities and sign the Purchase Orders and the Purchase Agreements.
  • Supervise the production activities.
  • Supervise the accounting and sign the payment required.
  • Candidates should have already a few years of experience as a plant manager. Preferably in the automotive/construction equipment segment.
