Job Title: Software Development Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned software development consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain existing software applications using Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments)
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration; deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
