Job Title: Cloud P2P Consultant

This is a role that requires leading workshops with clients to gather business requirements. It involves analyzing and challenging existing processes in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document process maps, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements and documenting findings.
  • Analyze and challenge existing processes, making recommendations for best practices.
  • Support project managers and architects in planning and reporting progress.
  • Configure and maintain instances for testing and production.
  • Develop materials and train users on functional designs.
  • Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in analyzing business requirements and detailed design documents.
  • 7+ years of Oracle implementation experience.
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively within a team and displaying good communication skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent projects.
  • Able to adopt and adhere to client policies and procedures.
  • Sound negotiation skills.
