Senior Product Operations Specialist

We operate a portfolio of well-known brands and have created Cimpress Open, a new business whose mandate is to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. This platform leverages our state-of-the-art Mass Customization Platform to integrate with key partner businesses, leveraging product breadth and scale advantages provided by Cimpress' mass customization businesses.

The platform consists of modular, multi-tenant services, making it easy and fast to introduce new products, reach customers, and track orders. Last year, Cimpress generated over $3B in revenue through customized print products, signage, apparel, packaging, and more.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team with significant flexibility to define the landscape of technology for solving business problems. The engineering team is an integral stakeholder in defining and building the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update Product Standards within Cimpress Technology
• Understand product design and oversee the product development process and manage cross-functional teams

To be successful, you will need to be knowledgeable about individual businesses' mass customized product offerings as well as the Product Standards to which such offerings should adhere.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 Years of Business Experience
• Fluent German Speaker
• Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Ai) and Adobe Photoshop (Ps)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Mass Customization a Plus
• Understands and communicates in English
