ATE Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC products.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality products meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product migrations from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
• Monitor and analyze product yield, test time, and DPPM data to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient test solutions using lab equipment such as testers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

• A minimum of 2-12 years of experience in electronics and semiconductors.
• Expertise in IC test methodologies, system testing, and communication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms like Teradyne ETS800 or Advantest V93K.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
