As a UX Designer, you play a crucial role in crafting user-centric solutions that drive business results. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the digital experience of our customers.

  • We are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital products. Ideally, you will have worked with high traffic B2B websites, complex apps, and website systems. Experience working on CMS-driven websites is also an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio with case studies, showcasing their design process and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience working in agile development environments, including Kanban and Scrum teams.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards, as well as development practices and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, is essential. You will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, product owners, and project managers.
  • Key deliverables will include UX research using workshops, interviews, and focus groups; personas, experience maps, user journeys, and user flows; wireframes; interaction design prototypes; visual design; style guides; and specifications.
  • Technical requirements include proficiency in FIGMA, Axure, Sketch App, Creative Suite, InVision, DSM, Zeplin, Confluence, and Jira. Experience with Siebel and/or Pega is a plus.
  • Must-haves include excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to motivate and lead teams, build consensus, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. Understanding Azure DevOps and the ability to size projects (VROM) with minimal information provided are also essential.
