**Job Description**

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Oncology Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the oncology business strategy within the assigned territory of Bangalore.

You will drive new product launches, develop and execute sales and business development strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and monitor and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in oncology or critical care, with a proven track record of success.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the oncology segment and market trends.
  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
