Mobile App Developer Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer Leader to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned mobile app developer to take on a leadership role, guiding the development of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years), 4-7 years overall in mobile app development, and expertise in state management, Firebase, and REST API integration.

In this key position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrating APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Reviewing code, enforcing best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving app stability.
