Job Title: Social Media Scriptwriter & Content Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop compelling scripts for various social media formats, including YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Developing and executing social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Creating detailed execution blueprints to guide content creation and distribution across various teams.
  • Analyzing competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance.

Team Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Analyzing social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
  • Demonstrating prompt and proactive decision-making skills to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possess a passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 year(s) of experience in social media management.
  • Bachelor's degree in screenwriting / film / communications / marketing, or a related field.
