Job Description We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Service Delivery, Due Diligence, Transitions and Transformation within Finance & Accounts vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managed global Service delivery for leading F&A client across Europe, NA & APAC, including OTC, PTP & RTR towers.
  • Oversee a team of over 200 roles, driving standardization, simplification through automation & COE initiatives for all towers globally.
  • Responsible for driving business outcome indicators for all towers, ensuring successful track record of managing large teams consistently delivering strong operational results.
  • Qualification - minimum graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business operations, or related fields.

Requirements:
  1. Total relevant experience - minimum 15 to 20 years overall and minimum 10 years relevant experience.
  2. In-depth experience in Service Delivery, Due Diligence, Transitions and Transformation within Finance & Accounts vertical.
  3. Successful track record of managing large teams consistently delivered strong operational results.
