Marketing Operations Specialist

As a marketing operations specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing operations, with expertise in campaign planning, execution, and measurement. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans, as well as analyzing data to inform future marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timeline development, and resource allocation.
  3. Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact marketing strategies.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform future marketing strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations to ensure continued innovation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Mandatory prior experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
