Merchandising Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Merchandising Expert.

This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. As a Merchandising Expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, driving business growth & brand development, and onboarding new partners.

  • Designer & Store Management:
    • Nurture and manage relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
    • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
    • Evaluate performance and adjust strategies to optimize sell-through and product visibility.
  • Business Growth & Brand Development:
    • Analyze sales trends to develop data-driven merchandising strategies.
    • Develop and execute plans to maximize sales growth for existing brands.
    • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recognition.
  • Onboarding & Partnerships:
    • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
    • Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, a strong network within the fashion industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
