About the Role

  • Lead the development of complex e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create interactive multimedia elements including animations, simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
  2. Customize e-learning content with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for project requirements.
  3. Evaluate SCORM/xAPI compliance for smooth integration with Learning Management Systems.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into compelling modules.
  • Integrate video, audio, graphics, and other digital media into e-learning courses.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and designers during projects.

Project Management and Quality Assurance

  1. Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  2. Plan, organize, and track project tasks, resources, and timelines for timely delivery.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning development and deployment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in e-learning development, preferably with expertise in authoring tools.
  • Proven experience in managing complex e-learning projects and developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant solutions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0) and designing for diverse learners.
