Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on governance issues across sectors such as public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure.">
  • Analyse government policies, schemes, and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities.">
  • Extract and clean large datasets, design basic quantitative models to identify trends, performance metrics, and forecasts.">
  • Develop reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and government officials.">
  • Assist in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks, preparing action plans, tracking progress, evaluating impact, and suggesting course corrections.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 academic institution, preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.">
  • Strong communication and writing skills suitable for both technical and nontechnical audiences.">
  • Curious, proactive, and capable of designing solutions from first principles.">
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders with tact and efficiency.">
