Visualisation Specialist

Our team is seeking a talented Visualisation Specialist to create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for interior projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong visualisation skills, the ability to translate concepts into photorealistic 3D models, and a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and lighting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
  • Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Prepare and present design visualisations for client meetings and project pitches.
  • Maintain an organised library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop (knowledge of Unreal Engine/Blender/Enscape is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Ability to produce photorealistic renders within deadlines.
  • Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
