We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist to work on our projects. As an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
- A strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, ORC/OLC, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Payroll
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
