Remittance Support Team Lead

As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 members who work together to provide 24/7 support for our Remittance product. Your primary role will be to respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, and determine solutions to identified problems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team along with individual contributions on responsibilities
- Identify automation areas in the Remittance Product and work with Dev teams for automation
- Knowledge in writing basic SQL queries and Unix commands
- Process, monitor, and validate various automated jobs
- Troubleshoot production issues, network, and other related issues in automated software print jobs
- Handle calls and create tickets for Production & Non-Production issues and assign to respective SMEs
Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills (both Oral and mail communication)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24 X7 (including weekends and company holidays) and manage a 10-member team
