About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Front End Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable code with minimal complexity.
  • Lead the tech upgradation process for software requiring critical upgrades.
  • Address production issues promptly.
  • Mentor junior engineers and developers on technical and business-related matters.
  • Participate in complex architectural discussions involving multiple systems.
  • Identify product or functionality gaps and collaborate with internal teams to define necessary development.
  • Drive operation excellence and strive for ownership in your role.
  • Proactively respond to integration or technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI developer with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on pixel-perfect designs.
  • The ability to implement designs accurately and pay attention to typography, layout, and color.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

  • Solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface.
  • Break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions.
  • Anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring.

Communication and Soft Skills:
