Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team of early years specialists. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 1–3 years of hands-on classroom experience.

As a preschool educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes child-led learning, empathy, and creativity. You will work with young children (2 to 6 years) in an engaging, hands-on setup and develop lesson plans that cater to their unique needs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and classroom management skills. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and be willing to participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education (Montessori, NTT, IB EYP preferred)
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on classroom experience
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Possession of a passion for child-led learning, empathy, and creativity
