Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee project coordination, manage internal stakeholders, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from project initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems independently.
  • Serve as a people manager, mentoring existing team members and hiring top talent to strengthen the organization.
  • Maintain adherence to established process standards for a consistent customer experience.
  • Oversee Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and efficient resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in similar industries.
  • Strong people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships.
