Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rapid game development: Design and build fresh games every day using internal builders.
  • Quality assurance and feedback: Review your own work, rate it, and provide detailed explanations for its success or areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and growth: Participate in peer review by playing, ranking, and annotating fellow colleagues' work to drive excellence.
  • Prompt optimization: Develop reusable templates and documentation from successful chains.
  • Continuous improvement: File concise bug reports and UX feedback to enhance the overall experience.
  • Data analysis: Monitor engagement dashboards and make data-driven decisions to boost retention.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on experience with Generation AI (1-3 years): Proficiency in ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, or similar LLM chains.
  • Creative vision: A gamer's perspective and ability to articulate what makes something enjoyable.
  • Effective communication: Comfortable expressing yourself vocally and in writing, with English as your primary language.
  • Strategic decision-making: Willingness to evaluate ideas, prioritize, and focus on high-impact projects.
  • Bonus skills: Basic coding knowledge (light JavaScript, Lua, React), marketing fluency (Instagram, Twitter), or data proficiency (SQL) are highly valued.

We offer a one-week paid trial period, during which we'll assess your fit for this position. If everything goes well, we'll consider a long-term contract.
