Job Title
A Lead Data Scientist is needed to develop and scale Generative AI capabilities. This role involves refining answers for queries and enhancing automated communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design, fine-tune, and train large language models.
  • Develop Generative AI systems that improve conversational abilities and decision-making skills of machines.
  • Own the process of data collection, training, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI to build state-of-the-art models.
  • Work with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize and streamline deep learning training pipelines.
  • Develop performance metrics to track model efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of industry experience in developing deep learning models with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Experience working with cloud-based services for training and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Hugging Face's Transformer libraries.
  • Expertise in developing and scaling Generative AI systems.
  • Experience in large dataset processing, including pre-processing, cleaning, and normalization.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C.
  • Experience with NLP techniques and libraries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
