Power Automate Engineer Job Description

Job Title: Power Automate Engineer

As a skilled Power Automate Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes that leverage the full potential of Microsoft Flow/Power Automate.

  • Develop and maintain complex Power Automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom connectors to interact with external data sources.
  • Enhance existing workflows by adding new conditions and actions using PAD, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Design scalable and efficient automation solutions that boost collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Work directly with clients to deliver projects on time and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 tools and technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and SQL is an advantage, as well as experience customizing SharePoint lists.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in:

  • Creating business and IT process automations using Microsoft Power Automate / Flow and custom connectors.
  • Designing and developing child flows within Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience developing RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate/Flow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with .NET development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience creating PowerShell scripts is advantageous.
