Job Title: Child Psychology Educator Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychology Graduate with exceptional writing skills to support our team as an assistant in child psychology and education.

This role provides hands-on experience and valuable insights into research methodologies, educational systems, and child development.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced educators, documenting the growth and learning patterns of children in a dynamic environment.

  • Support teachers/coaches in documenting academic, emotional, and social development of students.
  • Create detailed reports and case studies on student learning and growth patterns.
  • Apply research methodologies to analyze and interpret data on child development.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of research studies within the environment.
  • Aid in the creation of educational content and resources for teacher training programs.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Graduation in Psychology.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce well-researched reports and case studies.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative).
  • Experience in child psychology, education, or developmental psychology is an asset.
  • Published papers in relevant fields are an added advantage.
  • Dedicated to working in an educational setting and passionate about child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting academic, emotional, and social development of students through accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Research Support: Apply research methodologies to analyze and interpret data on child development, contributing to the design and execution of research studies.
