Job Overview

We are seeking an IT audit professional to deliver multiple IT audit assignments, including IT application and infrastructure audits, application security assessments, vendor audits, concurrent audits, thematic assignments, and regulatory submissions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create a risk-based audit framework that aligns with RBI regulations and adheres to ISO 27001 standards.
  • Liaise with outsourced audit partners to optimize audit time and cost, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality audit work products.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance and Improvement program, facilitating internal and external quality assessments.
  • Provide advisory support to IT projects related to internal controls and IT risk management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree holder with 5-12 years' experience in IT IT audits, preferably in the BFSI segment.
  • Possess a CISA certification; other preferable certifications include CISM/CRISC/CISSP.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detailed knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, with team handling experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, efficient data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills, strong time management and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
