The Role

We seek a visionary and detail-oriented leader to spearhead our cutting-edge EdTech company into a bright future. As the Leader of Product Team, you will oversee all Products and Platforms, collaborating closely with the CEO and technology leadership to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for ideating, leading, owning, and delivering unique, large-scale enterprise software products and platforms that delight stakeholders while fulfilling business goals.

Key Responsibilities & Job Overview

  • Braintstorm new product ideas and enhancements by collating requests from stakeholders and customers
  • Talk to users and analyze data to identify problems and opportunities
  • Come up with hypothesis and design experiments
  • Create functional and UI specifications, business cases, and wireframes
  • Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap by analyzing & prioritizing user, stakeholder, and business requirements
  • Write detailed product specs to communicate what is to be built
  • Be the main contact for requirements & specifications during development phases
  • Owning products and getting features built in close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Evaluate new product opportunities for the company, keeping in mind customer requirements and latest market trends

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Minimum 5 years of overall work experience including 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle product management and 2-3 years of leadership experience in managing Product Managers / Teams
  2. Strong managerial skills with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  3. Expertise in understanding business requirements, creating and reviewing functional specifications, and use cases with attention to detail
  4. Possess good command on analyzing data and deriving key insights
  5. Strong focus on delivering products that exceed customer expectations in usability, performance, reliability, and user experience
  6. Ability to develop clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives
  7. Strong prioritization skills and Product Roadmap Planning
  8. Proactive, imaginative, and innovative mindset
  9. Great sense of responsibility and ownership
