We are seeking a talented and experienced developer to join our team at Luxoft. As a Blue Prism Automation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that involve designing and building cutting-edge RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be proficient in programming languages such as VBA, C#, .NET, Java, or Python. Experience with automating SAP, Mainframe, Web, Excel, Desktop Applications using Blue Prism is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of APIs integration using Blue Prism and experience with OCR tools & SQL is a plus.

This role demands night shifts from 8PM to 4.30 AM IST one week out of every month, which will be compensated with an allowance for the shift. As a successful Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all stages of RPA projects, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building RPA solutions using Blue Prism
  • Handling all stages of RPA projects: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Conducting technical feasibility of proposed automation solution
  • Creating and setting up automation processes based on business needs
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting existing Blue Prism solutions to ensure they run efficiently

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a world-class team in the field of Insurance by building a holistic solution, interacting with multidisciplinary teams. The estimated annual salary for this role is around ₹2,250,000 - ₹3,300,000 (approximately $28,500 - $42,000 USD) depending on location and experience.
