We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
  • Supervise plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, contract workforce management, and crisis management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and improve business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen.
