Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our organization's quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum.

Responsibilities include defining and tracking software quality metrics, managing deviations, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and overseeing QA key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous performance improvement.

This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication. Trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute strategic quality plans, implement process maturity initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality excellence.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Conduct thorough root cause analyses, facilitate corrective actions, and implement preventative measures to minimize defects and improve overall quality.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define and track relevant quality metrics, manage deviation reports, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Training: Foster collaboration across functions, deliver quality-related training programs, and ensure seamless communication to drive quality excellence.

  • Proven experience in software delivery models, SDLC assessments, and process maturity implementation.
