Job Title:

Human Resources Operations Manager

Responsibilities include managing all HR-related functions, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including staff supervision, training, and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employment law and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees, as well as manage employee separations.
  • Coordinate and conduct performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary increases, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Develop and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including OSHA and FMLA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
