Project Manager Job Opportunity in Pune

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation and lifecycle of network solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish initial contact with clients once service is sold
  • Implement network solutions for clients from order to billing
  • Create project schedules to meet contractual requirements
  • Compile resources required for the project and negotiate implementation schedules with internal and external resources
  • Interact with internal and external resources to complete provisioning tasks
  • Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process
  • Process disconnect orders in all geographies
  • Closely cooperate with customer account teams, SMEs, customers, and suppliers
  • Gather data using available sources and direct contact with customers
  • Calculate last day of charge and stop billing
  • Manage internal administrative systems
  • Coordinate customer de-installation and equipment shipment

Qualifications and Availability:

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Education: MCA, BE or B-Tech, BS in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification preferred
  • Full-time working schedule with flexibility based on customer needs
  • On-call availability to support customers during critical situations
