Lead a High-Performance Team

  • Oversee and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Write efficient, scalable Python code for developing robust machine learning systems that drive business value.
  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement comprehensive data science processes, including data preprocessing, analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring high-quality insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively from various databases, leveraging expertise in SQL and NoSQL platforms.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using popular Python web frameworks, such as Flask and Django, to enable seamless communication between systems.
  • Identify and optimize existing code for performance improvements, applying cutting-edge techniques and best practices.
  • Adhere to Agile software development lifecycle practices consistently, prioritizing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Refine AI models using statistical analysis and performance metrics, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Ensure that AI/ML solutions adhere to industry security best practices and data privacy regulations, protecting sensitive information and maintaining trust.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming, with a focus on building and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proven expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with the ability to leverage these frameworks to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong background in designing and deploying AI solutions using LLMs and RAG, with a deep understanding of NLP and Computer Vision concepts.
  • Proficiency in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers, with the ability to apply these tools to real-world problems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python, with the ability to design and implement scalable systems.
  • Experience working with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • C++ experience is a plus, but not required.
