Backend Engineer Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing AI startup with a mission to revolutionize the finance industry through AI-powered solutions. Our innovative platform enables real-time book closing, cash reconciliation, revenue forecasting, and board deck preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and scale backend systems that power our AI-driven finance platform
  • Develop APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
  • Collaborate with founders to deliver high-impact features from concept to reality
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering
  • A strong builder/founder mindset, preferably with experience as an ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and familiarity with fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infrastructure is a plus
  • A top-tier university background, ideally from an IIT
  • A clear motivation for a high-impact role with significant responsibilities
