Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the spa, including therapists, front desk staff, customer service, and administrative positions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Ode Spa Hyd.
Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's presence as an employer of choice by promoting Ode Spa Hyd's culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In exchange for your expertise, we require a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for service industry roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors).
