AI Trainer Position

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic AI trainer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in artificial intelligence and open-source technologies with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

  • The successful candidate will perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporating open-source technologies into the training curriculum is essential, as well as encouraging community-driven innovation.
  • Mentoring learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments will be key to ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Creating training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement is critical.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback will enhance training impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
