About the Role

Gallagher & Mohan is seeking a skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in India. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to develop their analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial analyses, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel and data visualization tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to drive informed decision-making.
• Conduct research on financial trends and provide insights to support business growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on financial planning and reporting activities to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning to inform business decisions.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and presentations to meet client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights clearly.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, permanent position based in India, with flexibility to work during US business hours (EST/PST) to align with client requirements.
