Salesforce LWC Developer

This is a key role in the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • LWC Development: Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX Classes to enhance and customize Salesforce functionalities. Ensure compliance with standard Salesforce Coding Best Practices.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Solution Design: Create technical designs for LWC solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and Salesforce architecture standards.
  • Customization: Customize Salesforce components, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows, to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integration: Build integrations with external systems or applications, such as REST/SOAP services, to ensure data consistency and streamline processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, perform unit testing, and ensure the quality and stability of LWC solutions.
  • Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing LWC components and Salesforce configurations as business needs evolve.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of LWC components and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security best practices within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
