About the JobThis is a full-time position that will involve developing, implementing, and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for our construction projects. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Develop, implement, and manage the QMS to ensure high-quality construction projects.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
You will also be involved in inspections and testing, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the execution of roads and bridges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the QMS to ensure high-quality construction projects.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Perform on-site inspections to verify construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the execution of roads and bridges.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
