Job Title: Housing Operations Director

This position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of housekeeping operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

  • Develop, implement, and manage housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of room inventory, linen supply, and other essential housekeeping data.
  • Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Plan and execute special projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with HR to manage staffing levels and develop training programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
