We are looking for an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our Global Visual Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders across Egon Zehnder to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Your primary responsibilities include managing the company intranet, updating website content, and writing a variety of content to support communications, marketing, and business groups.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with experts, business managers, trainers, and other content creators to create high-quality content for firm-wide communication. You will also be responsible for training new joiners in content updates on the Unily platform, creating and maintaining templates, and managing the pipeline for the Internal Communications team.
You will report directly to the Director of the Global Visual Solutions Team at KCI and work closely with the Digital Communication team to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.
