Product Lifecycle Management Professional Needed

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our product lifecycle management module.

This role involves providing support for cloud-based PLM solutions, with hands-on experience with product life cycle configurations and customization management.

The successful candidate will perform integration testing, configuring application components, deliver post-production support/hypercare service, create custom reports using tools, and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues.

Additional responsibilities include executing data migration processes, conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing, analyzing and prioritizing support requests involving product life cycle configurations and customizations issues, performing initial assessment and customization component failures, coordinating post-production support/Hypercare requests, triaging issues related to custom reports using oracle tools, managing incidents tickets for data migration challenges, and tracking and prioritizing quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests.

  • Requires 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies
  • Experience with custom reports development using oracle tools
  • Background in Agile data migration techniques
  • Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication abilities with technical stakeholders
