Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to support customization and production support for core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support various modules of the system (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, Payments, etc.)
  • Perform requirement gathering , gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ Years of experience in similar roles as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
