Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team at TechHost Services. As an IT Director, you will be responsible for leading our IT team and overseeing the development and implementation of our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of our technology strategy

• Lead our IT team and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles

• Expert knowledge of Core PHP, React Js, NodeJS, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience with Microservices, Containers & Dockers & Kubernetes

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with Banking, Lending (NBFCs) & FinTech Domain

• Experience managing a team of 15 or more

Good to Have:

• Prior experience as a CTO or CIO or IT Head or similar leadership role

• Experience designing and managing an effective IT governance framework

• Knowledge of latest public cloud technologies like AWS
