The ideal candidate will have experience with ADC/DAC testing, internal loopback, SCAN, pre- and post-trim testing, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE) testing, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), Boundary Scan, programming LTU chips, and high voltage stress testing.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies to ensure thorough coverage of all aspects of the ASIC design
  • Executing and troubleshooting tests on various hardware platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality
  • Optimizing test times and supporting binning, yield analysis, and failure analysis

Required skills for this role include a strong understanding of digital logic, Verilog/HDL, low-level software development, C/C++, Linux scripting, Python, Perl, ModelSim/VCS, CAD tools like Cadence/Mentor Graphics, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of advanced topics such as machine learning, automation, or data analytics, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
